Welcome to Horizons Community Legal Centre.  We are a non-profit legal service operating in northern Sydney since 2005 and in southern Sydney since 2009. We target our help towards disadvantaged people and people with public interest cases who can't otherwise access a lawyer.

 
Who We Are

The Centre is run by Steve Frost and a team of volunteers. Steve is an experienced solicitor who worked in private practice for 10 years before helping found Horizons Community Legal Centre. He is retained to act as its principal solicitor. 

Our Philosophy

Horizons Community Legal Centre is committed to the principle that all people should be able to access legal help regardless of their background or financial situation.

Our work is an expression of Christian faith, following the example of Jesus. We believe in expressing compassion freely to all people through the help we provide. We seek to use our knowledge to empower people by providing the advice and representation they need to solve the problems they are facing.
