Who we help
Horizons Community Legal Centre helps disadvantaged people and people with public interest cases who can't otherwise access a lawyer.

The majority of our work relates to:
• Parenting disputes • Criminal and traffic offences
• Domestic violence (including claims for victims compensation)

There are some legal problems we do not provide assistance for:
• Commercial or business disputes • Taxation issues
• Property settlements (family law) • Buying and selling land
• Making Wills or Powers of Attorney • Disputed Estates • Immigration
• Personal injuries claims (other than claims by victims of violent crime)
• Workers compensation claims

Our people
Steve Frost is retained to act as Principal of Horizons Community Legal Centre. Steve was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 1995 and worked in private practice for 10 years before helping found Horizons Community Legal Centre.
